If you for any reason are unsatisfied with our products we'll do everything in our power to set it straight and get you smiling again. In case of any problems, always try to contact us as soon as possible with your order details at support@madeofsundays.com so we can do our best to solve the issue.
Returns
Not totally in love with your purchase? No worries! You have 30 days from the date you receive your items to decide if they are right for your space.
Please ensure that the products are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, simply email us at support@madeofsundays.com and we'll provide you with a UPS return label. Keep in mind that return shipping costs back to Finland, ranging from €20 to €30 depending on your location, will be deducted from your final refund.
Your refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items, confirming their perfect condition.
Bespoke Products
Custom-made items are created just for you and therefore cannot be returned. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your bespoke order, please contact us at support@madeofsundays.com and we'll help finding the best solution. We highly recommend purchasing a sample of your custom colors first to ensure everything is perfect before committing to the full order. Visit our Color Samples page to order your samples.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different design or color? Product exchanges are on us, with no additional costs. Just drop us a line at support@madeofsundays.com, and we’ll get you sorted.

Damaged packages
We use cardboard packaging to send our products, so it is possible that they get damaged during transit. If there is anything visibly wrong with the stickers you have received, just send us an email with few photos showing the damage - of both the product and the packaging - and we'll fix straight away with a replacement. Also, do not throw the parcel away in case the courier needs it to assess the damage. Please note that we will not send replacements if there are no photos to proof the damage.
Stickers peeling or otherwise defective
If you encounter problems with stickers peeling off the wall, first check out this article for advice. If this did not work, contact us and we'll be happy to help either with an exchange or a refund.
